Please give us two working days to complete your repeat prescription. We need this time to fully process your request.
We don’t take requests for repeat prescriptions by phone. Only patients who are housebound can request prescriptions this way.
We operate a ‘repeat dispensing’ service. This is for patients on regular medication. If you want to know if you’re suitable for this service, please ask your doctor.
We don’t dispense. The local chemists run a service for collecting prescriptions. If you need this service, please ask the reception team. All the chemists in the area operate a collection service.
We now use the NHS Electronic Prescription Service (EPS). EPS allows for e-prescribing. It sends prescriptions to your chosen pharmacy. For more information, ask at reception. Or, visit your preferred chemist. They can arrange this for you.
Please allow us 48 hours to process your request. This does not include weekends and bank holidays. Please call the surgery if you have any problems.
